About DCDC

  • Greetings

    I am Lee Hae-jun, the 5th President of the Dancers’ Career Development Center.

    Since its establishment in 2007 with approval from the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, our center has been dedicated to supporting dance artists in their career transitions and welfare enhancement.
    With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the cultural and arts sectors have undergone unprecedented changes, leading us to expand our support programs to create a stable creative environment for dancers.
    We are committed to stabilizing existing support programs and providing practical assistance for career transitions by extending our reach into adjacent fields related to dance and employment support. Additionally, we will do our best to explore and develop sustainable programs that comprehensively support the life care of professional dancers. We will continue to work towards creating a better future for dance artists.
